The manufacturing process of all products is traditional handmade which further enhances the appearance of regional heritage.

• First, the clay is collected and transported to the factory where it is milled and tapped.

• 

• Then it is placed in wooden moulds and arranged in series in situ until it is completely dry.

 

• 

• Next, the pieces are placed in the furnace, where they will be cooked.

• 

• We light up the oven with wood, followed by bagasse and almond shell which allows the pieces to be cooked at high temperatures.

• 

• After being cooked and when the oven has cooled down, the pieces are placed on pallets and unmoulded, ready to be sold and applied.
